Your User ID is included at the bottom of the email that you received when you where notified about your training.
If you do not have your email, you may use the Contact Us button to have it resent. If you are an internal WellCare employee, your User ID is the first initial of your first name + your last name + the last four digits of your SSN. Example: jdoe1234
Password:
Your initial password is: wellcare
You must change this password upon accessing this system for the first time by using the User Profile function
If you lose or forget your password, please use the 'Lost Password' button on the menu bar to the left of the log on screen.
